Terms of Service
1. What this is
Hermes and Orbit are private software applications that Fernando Rodriguez (the operator) built and runs to manage his own email, calendar and documents. They are not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no paid plan, and no service is provided to anyone else.
2. Who may use it
Only the operator may connect Google accounts, and only accounts he owns or is authorized to manage. If you reached a Google sign-in screen for this app without being the operator, do not continue.
3. Google data
Use of Google account data is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of Google services also remains subject to Google's own terms. Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
4. Actions on your accounts
Hermes sends an email, or creates, changes or cancels a calendar event, only after the operator approves that specific action. Orbit only reads data. The operator is responsible for the actions he approves.
5. No warranty
The applications are provided as-is, for personal use, with no guarantee that they are available, complete, accurate or error-free. Summaries and classifications, including those written by AI models, can be wrong. Check anything important against the original email, event or file.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of these applications.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Either application may be changed or shut down at any time.
